Stuck at Nokia logo.

So I just got this new Lumia 520, its my first WP, after 5 minutes playing with it there is a prompt to update, the first update works fine, takes less than 5 minutes, and I got a new app called Data Sense, after that the second prompt appear, and when my phone restart, its been stuck on Nokia logo for over 30 minutes until now. How long exactly does it need to upgrade? Or it is my phone just hanging there doing nothing? What should I do?

Try and perform a softreset and see if it continues the updating process afterwards. To do so press and hold the volume down and power button simultaneously for about 10 seconds. Release them when your device vibrates.
