Stuck on build 10074

Hi all just need a bit of advice on updating my hp stream 7 to the latest build, as mentioned in the title I'm stuck on build 10074. It's working perfectly but just can't update to latest build, I keep getting defender updates at a rate of two every two days but nothing more than that
