Stuck on build 8.10.14219.341 (can't update to WP10 Insider slow .164)

Hi,

I've been on Windows Phone 10 preview build ending in .107 for the longest time and it wouldn't let me update beyond that. Today, I ran the Recovery Tool and went to WP8 and got updated to 8.10.14219.341. Now I can't go beyond this version despite trying Preview for Developers and WIndows Insider.

The Windows Insider app just throws an Error and says this device could not be configured.

Any ideas would be great.

are you able to sign in on the insider app? And reach the stage of selecting the ring? If not, try using the alternate login screen
Also, check that your date, time and timezone settings are correct.
