I used Nokia Care Suite (Product Support Tool For Store 5.0) and a Vodafone Italy Lumia 920 product code (059Q9S4) and downloaded the Cyan+WP8.1 firmware (RM821_3051.50009.1424.0018_RETAIL_eu_italy_233_18_440723_prd_signed.ffu).
Followed the required steps to update the phone and was successfully.
Then I restored my WP8.1 Developer Preview onedrive backup with all my setting and apps, not pictures, since I keep them on Flickr (1tb free space) with Flickr Booth auto upload over the wifi option.
I am very happy to see that Nokia (MS) finally approved Bluetooth LE option on our 2012 Lumia 920 phones. This phone is much more capable than it is allowed it to - the Living Images worked very nice with Nokia Camera Beta, but Nokia (MS) removed it without notice. Anyway, I'm very happy with this Cyan update, I can now use my Fitbit Flex and sync it anytime I want - very nice
