Sudden GIANT mouse pointer

I have a problem with intermittent change in size of my mouse pointer, cursor, etc. I have my settings at minimal, and at a fresh reboot, they are all the correct size. Yet, for some reason, they all suddenly switch to BIG! I recheck my settings and they are all still at the minimal setting I selected. There doesn't seem to be any apparent trigger for this change.

check it is safemode. maybe some third party utility is causing it. you can also try doing a system restore to a restore point prior to when the problem started.

also check the win10 accessibility feature to see if is causing it.
