Surface 2 as a continuum device?

Ok, surface RT is dead. but, i'm wondering if you can project your screen to a surface 2, and make it basically a continuum device? I know, its still probably more capable then some of the continuum features, but i'm wondering if MSFT actually made it capable of this prior to cutting bait...
