Surface 3 under powered charger?

Not sure, but it was the Samsung Focus charger. My Surface 3 did not survive a fall so I'm going to have to get another one.

One interesting thing to take note. The Surface Dock has a higher watt charger. I can't access the site from work and I can't confirm the wattage, but it does charge your surface at a higher rate than your wall charger.
