Did you use the 3.5mm headphone jack on you Surface Book 2. I got buzz noise from it, when I plug in a headphone. It is very annoying and I tested it with 3 different types of headphone. Two from Bose and one from Sennheiser. Same result buzzing / white noise sound constantly. I am not quite sure if a software fix will help.
