Surface Pro 2 Battery (Idel)

Hi,

I wondered if anyone had this issue with there SP2.

I charge the device fully, use if for a little bit, check the battery and it's at 90%, that's all fine I think so I click the power button and close the lid. When I open it a couple of hours later it's at 70%. It's like the idle is not working.

The device is set to go to sleep automatically after 5 minutes but it doesn't seem to be.

Any ideas as to what the cause may be?

Your in the surface forum, but have you tried it without the kb/lid attached? Maybe make a difference.
