Surface Pro 3 Keeps Having Hardware Problems

Since getting my first Surface Pro 3 in 2014, I have replaced it three times. First, the internal power management blew. Second, my touchscreen stopped working. Third, my RAM stopped working properly. And then I got another replacement, and now again the SP3 has a problem again with the touchscreen. I have gone through all the possible fixes, but its still not working. Maybe I push my SP3 too much all the time that it keeps having problems. I know other people who own the SP3 and they don't have any problems. What do you think I should do? Do you think I push my computer too hard, and that I might need a more powerful device?

Everything has a limit, if you tried to push too hard you will be faced by lag or high temperature...
Having this kind of issues is a sign of either you are careless "sorry", or them giving you your broken device as replacement (after fixing it)...
