Surface Pro 4 touchscreen NOT WORKING AT ALL

I bought a surface pro 4 yesterday (m3) and since last night the touch screen hasn't been working at all, not even the pen. Did a hard reset this morning but still isn't working. Please could someone tell me what's wrong or if it's a hardware problem
