Surface Pro3 Battery Problem

About 1-2 weeks ago my surface was working perfectly fine and then everything went downhill from there. Whenever I plugged in my charger it said plugged in not charging. I tried every solution and none of them worked. I decided to leave my surface in charge for 2 days without using it and I finally decided to give it another try and now it has no battery at all and I can't even turn it on. What do I do?

Have you tried another charger? I know they aren't commonly lying around like a phone charger, but odds are it quit working and the Surface is fine.
