My friend has a Surface RT (and I repro'd) that suffers from the following:
- When on battery power and it sleeps the screen, it does not come back.
- Haptic button still 'buzzes'.
- Pressing the power button does 'light up' the screen (but still black)
- Only recovery is a hard boot holding downt he power button for 30 seconds
- Both running the 8.1 update
Any ideas ?
