It nice to hear people are getting their deliveries... but i cant help it, i feel left in the dark what happened to mine ive been so patient ever since they announced it, i feel like ?50 voucher is no longer enough to appease my dissappointment with not receiving the surface between 26th-30th. I think the most annoying thing is that i cant do anything and neither can customer service how fraustrating!

Is there anyone who's receiving there Surface who got a tracking number with UPS before it arrived saying that a label had been created? But the tracking never updated by the time you got it?

Argh I'm at work today and no-one home to accept delivery...Definately going to see a card when I get home. No way to get to the depot either! What makes it worse is that I've taken three days off work already (Fri, Mon, Tues) to accept delivery...and I just know its going to happen today.

Nope, and instead of the full amount including the touch cover, currently only ?399 is reserved on my debit card!

Just heard from home that mine has arrived as well!!

Delivered by UPS to my place in Liverpool! Ordered on the 17th and not recieved any dispatch or tracking info yet. MS store still says 'In Process' and my credit card still just has the payment authorised and not taken yet which is very interesting!

Hope everyone else gets theirs today!!

Mine has just arrived in Manchester via DHL on a pre-noon express delivery.

I originally had the shipped email and UPS tracking info.
DHL sticker is over the UPS one.

This is really starting to wind me up now.

Have just got off the phone with the MS store team (was promised a call at 10am but I had to call them). There is still no info and they assured me that UPS are the delivery company and that all products have left the warehouse but cannot promise delivery. When I informed them that FedEx had also been making deliveries they were surprised and did not know. Maybe somebody should send them the URL for this forum, it may be the best source of info available.
