Surface @ Surface Dock Problems with Monitors

[Windows Central Question]

Hi Surface People

I will:
Connect 1 Surface Book to 2 Monitors

I have:
- 2 Surface Book
- 1 Surface Pro 4
- 2 Samsung Monitor (HDMI, 24" Curved)
- 2 Asus Monitor (HDMI, 24")
- 6 HDMI Cable to MiniDisplayport
- 2 Surface Dock

- Surface Book Updates = OK (JUL 2016)
- Surface Dock Firmware Update = OK (JUL 2016)

My Problem:
my monitors active and disable constantly .
I cant work!!!

I have the following already substituted:
Dock, monitor, cable, surface book, surface pro 4

Have you a solution?

INFO:
The same hardware (Monitor, Cables & Dock) with a Surface Pro 3 = it works.

What is here The problem?

In this thread people suggest:

- Dock issue
- Refresh rate set to wrong setting (e.g. 59Hz instead of 60Hz)

I would check graphics driver versions too.
