Surface thinks app is already installed

I tried to update the music app on my surface today, but my internet cut out halfway through and I had to close the store because the download had messed up.
I then discovered that the app was missing from my start screen. I went back into the store to reinstall it, however I am unable to, as the listing for the music app says 'you own this app.
Searching from the start screen doesn't bring up any results either. What should I do? Does anyone know of a solution?

Have you tried going back into the store, swiping up/down and selecting My Apps, then selecting Music and Install?

I think you can just uninstall the app and reinstall it from the marketplace.
