Switched To Old Phone And Now Find My Phone Doesn't Work

I had an HTC 8X and replaced it with a Nokia 928 (I'm a Verizon boy, obviously).
I just switched back (Nokia went bonk) by switching the sim card.
Logged into windowsphone.com and selected the 8X.
Now, Find My Phone doesn't work.
It says that it hasn't been updated since 4/something/2013 and I can't remotely install apps.
I did a factory reset, after swapping the sim card, and am using my Microsoft account.
Settings - Find My Phone has both boxes checked.

Is there something that I can do, other than remove the device from windowsphone.com, factory reset, and add it?
I just spent the last two days setting everything back up.
I'd rather not do it, again.

No, but I didn't have to remove my 8X when I switched to the 928.
With that being said, I bought the 928 at the store and they gave me a new sim card.
This time, I just took the sim card out of the 928 and stuck it in the 8X.
Maybe there's a difference.
