Sync issues with email address sign in hand

primary looks like it syncs than says Not-Up-to-date tap it to sync get error. only does it with one of my email address/sing in.

Reboot phone use another email on phone works and syncs no issue and can use the other email that wouldn't sync as a primary on the phone syncs fine as a secondary !! Totally pissed and baffled !

notice in my post where i stated it works with one email and not the other ? ( first signing in the phone/reboot from scratch! ) Notice how I also said the one email that would not sync as a primary has no issue when used as a secondary ? Theres your answer! Clealry nothing to do with Time, Date
