"system" process is eating my bandwidth

Hi
pls help me, i tried all ways:
1. i disable windows update
2. i disable BIT service
3. i disable Telemetry servie
4. i scan system files with System File Checker

and still "system" process is eating my net

Did you check to see if something is uploading/downloading, i.e. OneNote, or OneDrive?

I notice a lot of my resources in use by Win 10. Older laptop with 4GB of RAM and 3.1 is always in use by the system while sitting idle.

I'm sure it is time to upgrade...
