T- Mobile HTC Shadow "NEO" - Interface on a Mogul?

I have bought the HTC MOGUL, Well the P4000, Which is what my canadian carrier Telus calls it (Bell calls is the 6800).

I was wondering if anyone has seen the cool interface the new T Mobile Shadow has? It is not a touchscreen, but has these cool buble icons on a carousel effect that you use with the directional pad or the left side scrolling device.

I checked out Windows mobile 6 website and they dont say much except they are allowing more carrier and manufacturer customization.

Does anyone have the cab files for this (is that the right term?) Is it similiar to adding the cube software from HTC called touchflo to my Mogul?

If you can add it, can you switch back and forth between the regular Windows Mobile 6 interface, Touchflo Cube and/or this Carousel interface?
Any ideas comments or suggestions Welcome.

The home screen plug-in system is different between standard and professional devices, so its unlikely this interface will become available. It does however seem rather easy to copy, so maybe some developer will step up to the plate.
