I know what a high res screen looks like. I've had plenty of android phones with high res including the note. Although eligible without zooming, chances are you will still zoom in to make it comfortable enough to read

My daughter in law just got the 810 from T mobile for free on a two year contract. She was so thrilled to get a windows phone. I haven't seen it yet so I'm looking forward to checking it out.
