T-Mobile Wing WM 6.5 No Vibrate SMS

Hello, Alright so i just recently got my Tmobile Wing upgraded to WM 6.5 and when i get a new SMS the phone doesnt Vibrate even though its on vibrate but the phone does vibrate when there is a call. I dont know what to do because i text alot and it doesnt vibrate.

Please does anyone know how to fix this.....
