Tally Software Shutdown automatically

Hello,

I used a little bit cheap System for my Accounting purpose. And i use Tally Software for Accounting. Here my problem is whenever i open ledger on tally software, my Tally soft start hang and after 1 min or 30 sec it automatically shutdown the whole system.

I still can't point out the whole problem.

System specifications

Intel Core is 2 Duo Processor, 4 GB DDR2 RAM & 320 GB HDD, 15.6 inch Monitor, G31 Motherboard,
