Team leaders meeting today

We had our first ever team leaders meeting today. Interesting bunch we are...lol We had a good talk and James provided us with some interesting statistics. Bottom line WPCentral is growing. We are still the largest WP community around but there are some things we can do to help this site grow. It seams that thread titles are a big way we can help to accomplish our goal. Something as simple as making a thread title more searchable pulls in more tragic. This month I would appreciate it if everyone would make a conscious effort to make thread titles searchable. The other things are we discussed are the usual mostly unanswered threads help answer as many of them as you can. I agree with thread titles being an issue. I've changed a few that were, "So", "Can I", "What if". I've only had one one person complain about me changing the title. Staying on unanswered threads is also important.

I changed one thread about a Live Tile Issue from "Nokia Lumia 710" to "Nokia Lumia 710 Live Tile Issue". Also moved it from Introductions to the Nokia Lumia 710 section. Hopefully that helps a bit.
