TH1 Professional 10240 Lost "Settings Screen"

Hello, my Packerd Bell laptop done this update and know my settings screen dissapears when i want too use it. This problem doesn't accure on my desktop's and Dell Laptop. Is there anyway too let settings screen appear again without a clean install? I have the 10162 clean image because the W10 TH1 Professional isn't downloadable in Holland. Please help..
