I'm curious though, why do you prefer the S3 over the One X?
There are two major reasons why I would take the GS3 over the One X:
1) Pure and simple, the last two years performance. Let's start with the Android skin. HTC had let Sense really become a negative. During 2009 to early 2010, Sense was the golden child UI for Android. It was regarded (and still is) as the best looking, most polished UI that really added flavor to HTC devices other Androids didn't have. HTC saw it's profits and sales raise, and they made the next generation of Sense a little more layered. By the time Gingerbread was all the Android Rage, Sense had become so complicated it made for the most bug filled, force closed, laggy experience. HTC sales dropped. Samsung, meanwhile, may not have the nicest looking UI in Touch-Wiz, but it stays pretty much out of the OS's way. Android just runs smoother on Samsung devices. While Sense 4.0 is better, it is not the smooth ICS experience of the GS3.
2) Pure and Simple my personal WP experience with both companies. My experience with HTC Titan has been horrid. As you can tell, my experience with the Focus S has been a dream. That automatically puts me in Samsung's corner until they let me down.
I will say I like the weight and feel of HTC devices better. I like a little "girth" to my phone. (Samsung is just as durable as HTC in independent testing, so it is not that.) I put the heaviest case on my "S" I can find just to simulate that. I also am not a photo nut, and I understand HTC puts out better camera's than Sammy.
