I'm thinking of picking it up. It's been a while since I've played a GTA game. I think San Andreas was the last one. Hope it runs well on PC

I still haven't been able to get GTA4 to run well at all on my computer. Rockstar has always sucked at these ports.

Managed to get GTA V without pre-order just walking into a shop today. Not played it much yet, but I already know it's huge and an utterly beautiful game for the 360!

So I'm assuming everyone is enjoying it as much as me so far When GTA Online gets released in a couple of weeks we're definitely going to have to get a thread going to arrange some WPCentral crew heists!

I'm up for some WPC heists! I'm loving the game so far, it's much bigger than I was expecting. Can't. Help but think a next generation version for consoles or pc would look even better than on 8 year old hardware.

The game looks and plays absolutely awesome on my 360. It just amazes me how developers are able to cram so much into such an aging console.

However, I'm starting to feel that the game's getting a little tedious, the missions aren't popping up as often as I'd like so I'm having to drive around doing random things until something turns up (I've done three story missions so far and still waiting for the next).

Unless I'm missing something obvious here.

How are you finding it now Aperture? Head to the Capital letters on the map to do missions. I've been playing it pretty hard and I'm only about 30% done. I'm far from running out of things to do!

Xbox. At 40% but I could do better if I didn't work 45 hours a week and commute to school an hour away from my home.

Yep, I finally figured that out a while ago. I originally thought that the letters just indicated the location of the other characters, so just ignored them.

Things are moving on a lot better now. Did the first heist, had some fun with Trevor in the north, and now getting them together. I don't know what percentage I'm at, I'm just enjoying playing the little side missions (flying the gun-trafficking missions was pretty challenging, but really fun).

I just have to add that I think Trevor's character is just plain awesome, I love hearing his dialogue.

Radio stations as well are very well done. Normally I turn off the in-game music, but this is just full of decent music and wonderful news stories and adverts. Amazes me how much work went into this game, it's richer than I thought possible for the Xbox.

Haha I love spawning on Trevor, he's always doing something crazy or hilarious! (like spooning a man, wearing a dress, ****ting behind a dumpster, etc)

I'm waiting for it on PC. If Saints Row 4 goes on a decent sale before then I might just pick that up then wait for GTA 5 sale..however many years that will be.

I was pretty disappointed with SR4, it just seemed like a slightly different version of SR3 with bits of Deus Ex augmentations thrown in and a fair bit of fun-factor removed.
