Indeed, that's crazy value for me too, as I've only played the first Halo (and Spartan Assault ) and even that is so long ago that it's basically a fresh playthrough for me. Obviously you'll see the age in the first games, but I suppose the HD rehash helps a bit with that too.

I will be buying this for one reason. I never got to play the older games because I have simulation sickness and the frame rate wasn't fast enough on the old systems so I would puke about 5 minutes in. I can't wait to play this.

Ahh, everyday closer feels long. >_> Went back to my competitive edge today and was playing with some Top 16 professionals. IT WAS AMAZING. Love playing like this, can't wait for the actual release. It's so hard to get games running without official support & Match Making. I miss competing on this level. This is a big reason on why button glitches truly made the skill gap in Halo 2.

Same for me in Halo 2.

I had at least over 50 Local LANs, just non stop casual fun man, a few competitive, but not serious. It was a blast, so much Pizza, Gaming, and Socializing.

4 Competitive LANs including 3 Major MLG Event LANs, never performed in Halo 2. I sunk over 16 thousand games spanning two accounts AFTER rank resets.

Also in preparation for Halo 2, in the last month I played over 220 hours of Halo 2 Vista. You can just say my skills are gonna be on point.

Contains Zanzibar Art H2 Remastered in it! Zanzibar aged quite realistically. Gives me the impression that after H2 it was abandoned and we're finally returning to it. <3 the feels.

Also the in detailed blur remastering is amazing.

Should be way easier to setup a LAN party now then when we used to do it before LCD TVs. That blew... blew hard...

Yep it is, back in the day I actually purchased everything minus an Xbox. Sold it all to competive players around me, but basically we had 9 Emachine E182h (Cheap & Crisp 720P for Halo 3 & Halo 2 back in 2007 - 2010) setup up along with a 12ft Table EXTREMELY SIMILAR to this off of Craigslist for 1/4 the price. Had 8 foldable matching cushioned chairs all setup in my basement and occasionally a similar setup for 6 at my friends house. If you didn't have an Xbox it was no problem, we had 6 of them total between me and my two other friends. Over 12 copies of Halo 3 (some ODST Halo 3 disc one released) and 8 copies of Halo 2. All Xbox had been updated in Halo 2 to latest update using the Multiplayer Map Disc (which included all patches). Every controller was wired and each station had a Turtlebeach X1 BUT most purchased there own headset. It was AMAZING.
