No cable as in the uk. Played with the interface a bit. Snapping worked first time of asking. No playing on forza which is epic. The controller is amazing the triggers vibrate on braking and acceleration but the base of the pad rumbles on either the left or right depending on which side of the back end is sliding out.

Xbox record that works a treat. Forza is great even doing split screen 2 player. Killer instinct now being played while fifa 14 and all the apps download. There is no apps from the start. Video, music, skydrive etc all need downloading. Smartglass with the phone and surface RT works great even queued up downloads. While my mates were playing.

Quick tip. If you want to move an app install to the front of the queue hit the menu button then select install now will bump it to the front of the queue and start installing it. Whatever was previously installing will resume after.

Kinect is actually pretty easy to use. As soon as you say xbox it comes up with all the available commands in a box at the bottom of the screen. And for those worried about ads... I've only seen 1 so far and it was tucked away in the store with all the apps. Nothing on the home screen at all

What were the exact steps in the setup? Like wifi stuff, kinect, whatever, what did you first have to do (please tell us all) when you turned on your Xbox One?

The update process is...

Turn on XBOX
Sync Controller
What language do you want?
Where do you live?
Connect to internet - Wired or Wireless
Download update.

Took me about 10 minutes or so, possibly less. I didn't time it. It was quite fast actually.

Restarts yoru console, (about a minute or so restart process)
Signs into your Microsoft Account
Then it sets up your Kinect (video then audio)
Ready to play.

Omg haha so funniest thing. at my launch event, they had alot of Xbox's and apparently I was the only person who thought to try out smartglass. I took control of all the xbox's there with my phone! I think i made atleast 12 peple want a playstation 4 after that!
