The option to directly do to sound settings missing in WP8.1 L520 USA

Hi,

According to the leaked screenshot by some Chinese at Windows Phone 8.1's separate volume controls exposed in new screenshot | Windows Phone Central , there must be an option to directly enter the sound settings. But I dont find the option. I get only the Vibrate ON/OFF toggle button.

L520, Region USA, Language: English (US)

the options is now removed in current build (one can expect that it was from a early build ). who knows you will have this option in final build ?

It has that option where you can jump directly to Sound settings.
