The Screen Goes Boom.......

I was watching a video on youtube and boom the screen goes this crazy.
Anybody got any idea what just happened.

I'm not kidding, this is no lockscreen wall paper.
soft reset doesn't work!!! Tried it already
Lumia 720 running wp8.1 here.


One more thing
No button is working....
And the funny part is
It rings when someone calls!

Was this an upgrade from WP8 or did you do a full backup, full reset of the phone then install fresh?

Plug it in, use the Nokia Care Tool and reset the phone.

Actually,
I found a cool solution to this finally,
I plugged to my computer,
then ran the project my screen app,
from there I changed region,
Then the reboot option appeared,
And boom the phone rebooted.

My lumia is back...

I found a use of project my screen, How many did you?
