Doesn't it make more sense to hold the windows button to bring the multitasking menu instead of holding the back button?

Sorry this topic is kinda lame but they had been bothering my mind for a long while.
 
Windows key is a traditionally a start menu key. So it will remain such, forever.
 
It makes way more sense to use the back button to manage thing and apps you already opened in the past.
 
I like to think of the back button as a form of navigation, press it once to go back one and therefore holding the back key gets you into the app switcher: Another layer of navigation. I wouldn't mind seeing a dedicated app switcher, or a gesture based action to launch it.
