Mine just started. I just clicked on that little windows icon that we all used to reserve our copies.

All I am finding on the Insiders Page are download for the media creation tool.

That's the one. It will be a full download rather than an incremental one like what I assume the normal update would be.

I ran it. looked like it was going to work too. Then it informed me I was missing boot.wim. windows update said the download failed twice. Some missing files I guess. so close!

Looked for updates in Windows Update. It failed 3-4 times but it's now downloading the last files to update to Windows 10!

Cause the MediaCreationTool website for insiders also says that Windows 10 is now out to the public.

Go to insiders website and log in. The download link will be found there.

Installing on the laptop, but I borked it on my desktop which is re-downloading through the media creation tool.

DO NOT USE THE MEDIA CREATION TOOL IF YOU HAVE THE FULL BT FOLDER! IT OVERWRITES IT.
