There is any program to check mouse activity?

Hi mates, I would like to kill a program when mouse is inactive for some time, this will help me avoid to leave a PC with high CPU load if not necessary (they forgot the program opened).
How can I do it? Thank you a lot

Does not opening Task Manager and selecting the process or application and ending it not work for you?
