I want the color of the tiles, However was not found for several days..

I wonder if the firmware with the tile color belonging to the country

it must have been edited :/ or it has windows 8.1 dp....you can customize the start screen in 8.1

Its just a colour they used for the mock-up afaik.

Although you could make it yours if you have 8.1, just open it in photoshop, find out what colour it is, then make a blank document and fill it in with that colour. Then set it as your homescreen.
