I have the 920 at&t and it show 4g at the top left in stead lte. Is this right or they gave me the wrong sim card?

Do you have LTE available in your area? If you LTE is not available your device will default to what ever is available usually 4g or 3g. Here is the link to the ATT coverage map so you can check your area.

I agree. Maybe the sim card isn't LTE ready

On my experience, it was LTE pre-amber, then was changed to 4G after amber.. Im in philippines though

Mine also shows 4G with my old Lumia 625. With my new Lumia 1520, it shows LTE on LTE hotspots. Try using Speednet app to check for network speed.
