I usually do not give links to other websites, but this piece from a writer by the name of Cade Metz on Wired gives a very optimistic and balanced look at Mr. Nadella's selection.

As usual, I suggest not reading any of the comments thread beneath it. Just the usual "I hate MS, they are useless" jive. But the article is excellent.
