thread to watch--possible illegal activities

I banned someone yesterday when he posting he wanted warez and deleted that thread. That got reported.

It looks like this guy might be trying the same thing here. http://forums.windowscentral.com/windows-phone-8/252703-how-install-third-party-apps-wp8.html
I asked a question to see if he'll bite and state his intentions.

Please keep an eye on the thread.

He's still tap dancing around with his answers. I posted that if he didn't come up with a website that clears up what he wants to do and is legal, the thread will be closed.

While on the subject, gave GarvitMiglani a warning for linking to xap files. I let him off easy in case he didn't already know about the rules. I also sent him a PM explaining the rules. Fortunately the post was flagged for moderation and I deleted it before any posters saw it.
