Tile size not working Lumia 1520

I have gone into my settings and turned on the new tile sizing. When I try to change the size of the tiles they won't change to the new sizing that came with Win10.

Any ideals?

Same here. Hopefully the bug will be resolved in the next release.

I've tried a soft boot and it didn't fix it. I've also tried turning it on and off as well.

What do you mean by "the new sizing that came with Win10"? If you mean the tall tile and the very large one, those were never for sure going to be part of the release. See https://twitter.com/GabeAul/status/567510510497566720.

Even I'm facing the same issue, also my homescreen is still transparent (8.1). and that is a good thing .
