Times out of Sync on my Win Phone calender

Hello,

So, when I enter a calendar appointment in Outlook calender on a PC.

This then syncs with other devices in my microsoft account. What I notice is that when I open Windows Phone 8.1 calender all of the appointments are 1 hour ahead. I have checked the time settings on my phone and they appear to be one hour out.

That's very odd.

Have you tried editing the event on your phone, sync it and then view the event on your computer?

Yes I have. When I edit on my phone it changes the PC version by one hour. This means they are never in sync!
