Nokia Extras and Info relased update.
No change log except that enables under the hood improvement for fine tuning Nokia Lumia.
What is really bad is, at seems in my case (920 with GDR3) require some updates, assuming Black Update. So I am not able to update.

Same Problem with me 720 + GDR3

same here, in the UK with gdr3 dev, lumia 920, cant update, tried the proxy trick and even changed region to a few places, still no luck!

Use sysapp pusher.
Didn't have any problem as such while updating.

Go to this link from your PC/Laptop and click "Reinstall".

Didn't use any proxy and I'm from India. Just updated it through sysapp pusher
