Todays App Updates

Paid for Wallpapers HD+ to update to PRO, got an update yesterday and now it doesn't open WTFFFFFF!!!, Though it didn't cost $10 for the update I surely don't have $$ to throw away. Has anyone also experienced this issue and if so how did you solve it if you uninstall and try to reinstall after you've already paid for it??

Let me correct my statements as I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, it prompted me that I'd already bought it and reinstalled it again and it's working fine now. Instead of scrolling horizontally it now scrolls vertically.
