Try this.
Installing and updating apps it up to Windows Phone OS. We, as developers, have absolutely no control over this process. And because newest WP has too many stupid bugs, it is just impossible to help.

Before uninstalling, i checked on my MS account, and even i've bought it on 02/09/2014, the link is live i've never bought it
I encountered the same problem with Toilet people, DeskTime Plus, PhotoTag and many others apps already bought...
Try to contact MS support on chat, but chat stopped after about one hour (chat error) with no ending result...

@alphablue597; About some apps upgrading bugs, it seems that this problem was reported to MS and they're investigating on issues.. Unfortunately, I saw the following FB post too late, after uninstalling 2 apps that got upgrade problem, and I was unable to install them again... (Phototag and Desk Time Plus)

I did the same, with an un-exhaustive app list, answer got by myself from MS and link of Phototag FB page reporting the problem.

A new answer by mail from "Amaze Picture" about the encountered problem:

Hi,

Unfortunately we, as seller, has no control over selling process. We cannot even see the list of buyers! I do not understand why refusing to help you as this is THEIR job and only Microsoft has access to the list of buyers.

That proove that this problem is directly related to Micro$oft and not the apps editors !!!

Proof of their answer in a screen cap... (perhaps i should have done a screen cap of the chat with MS support and the bad faith of the support to recognize the problem for which they are conscious)...

I am developer in Amaze Pictures and can confirm that it is really not on the app side, but on Store side.
All who faced such problem must contact MS support. Flood them with mails and requests. Maybe this will force them to get their butts from the chair and do something.

I am a big fan of your apps. Have you abandoned this platform as I'm not seeing more apps from you?

Not abandned playformas I am still belice that Microsoft can do better. But currently I am use of iPhone. I sold all my windows phones except of 530. Last one just for test. Know this sounds bad, but I need apps that does not exist on WP! And I have no time to wait.
But wp is still my prefered platform.
as I am in USA and cannot buy high end phone with LTE support here, I cannnot afford any WP phones.
I teally hope that someone in MS suddenly weeks up and find itself in the situation whe. You have to do somethng or you will lost everything
