Nope. Installed just fine. Did you accidentally move it to your sd card? If so, that could be the problem.

What is funny tho is the wide-sized tile and mid-sized tile. Even tho the location is set to Gevgelija (my home town), on the mid-sized tile on one side it shows the temperature of my town but on the other side of the tile it shows the weather of next days, but not for Gevgelija, but for some town in India, called Yashodham, LOL. The wide tile is not having that problem. Here are the screenshots:
