No change log, but from a short testing I notice this:
- Scrolling is smoother
- Open pages way quickly
- QR Scanner is working now as a charm

*This is for WP8.x , there is no version for W10M, just to make it clear for some people.

(Tested on Samsung ATIV S i8750, running official WP8.1.1)
