Today's update killed phone data -> PC for me...

After today's update for WP 8.1 Preview for Developers, I cannot transfer data from my phone to any PC. The PCs do not even recognize that anything is plugged into them, yet the phone still charges.

Is anyone else having this issue, and is there something that could be done to fix this?

You'll have to use Nokia software recovery to hard reset and reinstall 8.0

For me my phone showed up as a generic device and I had to remove it from Device Manager and plug it back in to fix it.

May i ask you question. is your phone locked and password protected when you plugged to pc? If yes then unlock it to enable pc reading your phone

Yeah, it doesn't even make the chime noise on the PC that indicates something was plugged in. :/
