I dropped it in water but the water damage detector said there was no damage. The touch screen, windows button, search button, and back button stopped working. I can't even unlock the phone. It turns on and has power, but the touch doesn't work! :unhappy:

You shouldn't have switched the phone on. Turn it off and keep it in a sealed rice bag. Let the moisture in your phone to be absorbed for atleast a day and pray it'll work.

You can try to put it in rice or a towel or something. Sometimes components just need to dry completely. The keyboard I am typing on now once had a cup of water spill on it and it worked funny for awhile. I basically just sat it upside down for a day and let it dry and it was ok.
