TPM Problem !!!

hello, sorry for my English,
some time ago I installed Windows 10 from scratch, (I deleted all partitions samsung) and after installing all the drivers (original samsung driver) I noticed that the application Samsung Flow did not install, because it was not installed the TPM driver, although enabled by bios, windows does not see it. I called Samsung and they told me that I have to send it in the laboratory because they have to install the 'original image ...... how can I fix without sending the tablet in service ??? can you help me ??? Thank you.

Hi,
I also deleted all partitions and installed windows 10 pro by myself.
my windows 10 pro also does not recognise tpm.

but i could enable bitlocker without the tpm.

this device has bigger issues.
1- screen flickering when dimmed.
2- usb-c pass through charging not working.

i think this device was not properly tested (usual samsung behaviour)
its design is, frame is beautiful, idea is beautiful but its not complete.

for example if you noticed, the bazel has 4 plastic led indicator parts.
but none of them working.

i think it was designed for to be a notificaion led at the start, but then not implemented.
(for charging indicator, sim card connection indicator vs...)
