I think you have to rollback to 8.0.

Are you on developer preview? I just checked for updates (through the settings) but it says my L1020 is "...up to date. Last checked 2 seconds ago."

Nope, I'm not on the Developer Preview. All updates for phones running the Development Preview are on hold.

I updated at dawn this morning, around 4 to 5 a.m, right after the rollout started. It's possible you might just be hitting a bottleneck due to a lot of people downloading the update. Try again later.

FINALLY!! Lumia 1020 Finland got CYAN! dated 07.08.2014 at 22:00 CET+2 Update was available! Took over 70 mins to compleately install, but IT REALLY WAS WORTH IT!

USB "share my sceen" with Windows 7 works BEAUTIFULLY! sad that it's not Wifi...

Backups (both installed apps and settings) can be now seen in website OneDrive/Settings/Device backups!!

Even I had to downgrade my phone to 8.0 from 8.1 GDR1. So, I am 100% sure it is still not available for dev preview users.

I can confirm that Lumia Cyan is available for Lumia 1020 in India, so you won't be disappointed even if you downgrade.

It is still not available for Dev Preview users even with GDR1.

For those with a L1020, the update is already live. I already have it I checked the Nokia page and still is under testing, checked the latest version on Nokia Care but it was Black. But equally downgraded from WP 8.1 GDR1 to 8.0 and boom! the update was available to install!
