Track WP8.1 + Lumia Cyan Rollout!

Apparently Lumia 625 is getting Cyan in Thailand right now, but I cannot confirm yet.
I will provide additional info and/or screenshots once I get it.

Edit 1: I see there is some info in the first post about 625 and Cyan in Thailand. Does OP have some screenshots..?

Looking forward to the coming week. Microsoft said the update will be available in first two weeks of July in India. Keeping fingers crossed. Hope they are right on this one.

I have a lumia 525 bought online, which is not available in the Philippines(only 520). I checked infos and it's from Vietnam. So this means i have to wait for the official update of 8.1 released in Vietnam, right?

UPDATE: Reportedly, more of Thailand is getting Lumia Cyan + WP 8.1 Update for the Lumia 625. For people in THAILAND ONLY with a Lumia 625, please check for an update in Settings, and report back.

I'm about to buy L1520 from mobileshop.eu. They state that the phone is non-branded, unlocked and comes with chinese manual and UK wall charger. I was planning on using it on Croatian (EU) network.
How to check where this device is from and for what region was it intended? Does it matter?
I'm really looking forward to it because of nokia cyan update, but after reading this thread, I'm a bit concerned. For example- if the device was originaly for chinese market, will I be able to get the update in europe? Are updates region dependant- have some special features or incompatibility if used otherwise?
And about the WP market- will I be able to get croatian or european market on this phone?
Sorry for such newbie questions, but have to check because i can get good deal for this phone and am really excited to shift to WP!

Basically, if the device was intended for China (Hong Kong usually) then you will receive the update once it hits Hong Kong (for example) regardless of where you are in the world.

When you receive the device, open up Settings -> extras+info -> more info, and give us the information there.

From that, I will be able to provide you with more accurate information.

You might also want to make sure that the L1520 Unlocked LTE, 3G etc bands work in your country.

EDIT: I purchased my L1520 unlocked and online, and it works perfectly in Australia. If it works here, it will work anywhere. Hope that helps!

You would need to flash a Thailand ROM, yes. It's best not to resort to such measures, as each ROM is likely configured differently.

Yeah, you need to flash Thailand ROM to your 625. Download and flash this ROM: 059T397 RM-941 VAR APAC TH CV
I've flashed my 925 from Germany to Finland and it worked like a charme, I've got Cyan update!
